We built the LEX Workforce Community on three core truths: connection keeps us alive, competencies make us powerful, and the collective makes us unstoppable.
Connection has saved our lives—literally. Some of our most solid, life-giving support has come from others in the LEX community. We know what it’s like to feel alone in this work, and we also know what’s possible when you’re surrounded by people who get it. This space was built so you can find that kind of connection too—the kind that helps you not just survive, but truly thrive.
Competency matters. LEX professionals deserve access to real professional development—not watered-down trainings shaped by systems that don’t understand us. This platform offers content grounded in the best of human resource development, co-created by and for lived experience professionals. It’s professional growth that actually works, and it exists outside the limits of traditional funding agendas—because it’s fueled by us, the community.
